Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Glory Roses, we take great care to provide respectful, professional, and high-quality headstone cleaning and floral services. Because each service is scheduled and customized, please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully.


1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases for headstone cleaning, headstone resoratin services, or memorial services are final and non-refundable once an order is placed.
This policy ensures full transparency and allows us to reserve time, materials, and staff for your requested date.


2. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your scheduled service date, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@gloryroses.com or call (818) 639-3993.
While payments are non-refundable, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule your service for another available date (subject to weather and cemetery regulations).


3. Weather or Cemetery Restrictions

In the event of rain, severe weather, or cemetery access restrictions, services may be delayed, rescheduled, or completed within one day before or after the scheduled date.
If a cemetery prohibits cleaning, trimming, or tool use at the time of service, we will contact you to arrange a new date or modify the service as needed.


4. Incorrect Order Information

If incorrect information (such as plot location or contact details) prevents service completion, we will attempt to contact you.
No refunds will be issued, but we can reschedule the service once correct details are provided.
