How to measure the space on the marker
A. Width — across the blank space.
B. Height — down the blank space.
If you are setting the photo up vertically, the larger measurement is the height. If you are setting it up horizontally, the larger measurement is the width.
Measure the recess or the clear area where the picture will actually sit — not the whole marker — and choose a size that fits comfortably inside it.
A ceramic picture cannot be resized once it is fired. If you are not sure, text a photo of the marker with your measurements to 818-639-3993 and we will size it with you before you order.
Sizes, shown to scale
Measure the height and width of the space where the picture will go, then pick a size that fits it well. These are drawn to scale against a dollar bill.
Rectangles, hearts, rounds and squares come in matching sizes. Larger ovals and rectangles run up to 9.45” x 11.81”. Framed ovals add roughly half an inch overall — allow for the frame when you measure.
